"I will start by saying that I wish I could give 10 stars!
Teresa with Engage Vacations recently put together a trip for 11 people, flying out of 3 different cities on 3 different days, to Mexico for my 40th birthday! I didn't have to do a thing, which was the best part! Teresa communicated with each person individually about their specific travel and hotel room arrangements, but kept me in the loop by cc'ing me on e-mails, etc... She gave us so many amazing choices of resorts and price points to choose from...it was a difficult decision. We decided on Secrets Playa Mujeres and flew in and out of the Cancun airport. I liked that Teresa had personally stayed at this particular resort in the past and had some personal recommendations to share. The resort was absolutely amazing. The entire trip was nothing short of fabulous! Thank you, Teresa and Chad for everything! I'll never plan another vacation on my own again :-)
Ps. - 2 of the people on this trip had to fly home early due to an emergency. As soon as we let Teresa know that we needed to get them home ASAP, she was on it! She was able to get them home in time to handle the emergency. I would never wish anyone to have to cut their vacation short, but if that does happen I sure hope you have Teresa and Chad on your side!"
